The Mark Scheme for AS and A2

We apply the following Mark Scheme to all pieces of written work. Test Essays, Research Essays and Trial Exams are marked according to content, clarity and coherence. The higher grades require thorough critical anaysis, and arguments for and against the points raised. Students are trained in the skills of thinking and writing about Philosophy throughtout the Course in order to prepare them thoroughly for the examinations.
